1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the website, and information needed to process subscriptions.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. DataMaxx Revenue AI does not store your full card number on our server. Stripe may collect and process payment details according to its own privacy and security practices. We store Stripe-related IDs and subscription status information so we can activate, manage, cancel, or troubleshoot membership access.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide access to paid subscription features.
  • Process billing status, cancellations, renewals, and payment failures.
  • Generate AI responses, reports, business analysis, and case study matches.
  • Improve website performance, security, content, and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and billing questions.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or technical problems.

4. AI Inputs and Outputs

If you submit business information, prompts, descriptions, or other content into AI tools, that information may be processed to generate responses and improve the usefulness of your account experience. Do not submit confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or legally privileged information unless you are comfortable using it with the service.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, sessions, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure website usage, and support checkout or subscription functionality. Disabling cookies may prevent some parts of the website from working properly.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers when needed to operate the website.

  • Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
  • Hosting, database, email, security, analytics, or infrastructure providers.
  • AI service providers used to process prompts and generate responses.
  • Legal, compliance, or safety parties if required by law or needed to protect rights, users, or the service.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect account and billing-related data. No website, database, or internet transmission is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password and keeping your login credentials private.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, manage subscriptions, maintain business records, and enforce our terms. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.

9. Your Choices

You may contact us to request account help, correction of account information, cancellation support, or review of data-related questions. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

10. Children

DataMaxx Revenue AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
